Applejack Rabbit
Apple brandy (Calvados, applejack)
60 ml
Tap a tool to mark it as yours.
No cocktail shaker? A jam jar with a tight lid works.
No strainer? Hold the ice back with a spoon or small sieve.
No jigger? A tablespoon is 15 ml.
1. Chill
Chill a coupe with ice water.
2. Add Apple brandy (Calvados, applejack) (60 ml)
3. Add Lemon juice (15 ml)
4. Add Orange juice (15 ml)
5. Add Maple syrup (15 ml)
6. Shake
Hard with ice, about 12 seconds.
7. Strain
Into the chilled coupe.
