Ingredients

Lime juice
15 ml
Simple syrup
30 ml
Water
60 ml
Angostura bitters
2 dashes
Nutmeg optional
1 pinch
Lime optional

Steps
1. Build
Fill the glass with ice.
2. Add Aged rum (45 ml)
Three of strong.
3. Add Lime juice (15 ml)
One of sour.
4. Add Simple syrup (30 ml)
Two of sweet.
5. Add Water (60 ml)
Four of weak.
6. Add Angostura bitters (2 dashes)
7. Stir
Until cold.
8. Garnish with Nutmeg
Grate fresh over the top.
9. Garnish with Lime
