No strainer? Hold the ice back with a spoon or small sieve.
No jigger? A tablespoon is 15 ml.
1. Add Cynar (60 ml)
Into a mixing glass.
2. Add Sweet vermouth (30 ml)
3. Add Lemon juice (7 ml)
4. Add Orange bitters (6 dashes)
5. Stir
With ice until well chilled, about 30 seconds.
6. Strain
Into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
7. Express Lemon
Lemon twist over the top.
