Lemon juice

Absinthe

No cocktail shaker? A jam jar with a tight lid works.
No strainer? Hold the ice back with a spoon or small sieve.
Steps
1. Chill
Chill the glass.
2. Rim the glass with Absinthe (1 dash)
Swirl it round the glass and tip out the excess.
3. Add Gin (22 ml)
4. Add Triple sec (22 ml)
5. Add Lillet Blanc (22 ml)
6. Add Lemon juice (22 ml)
7. Shake
Hard with ice, about 12 seconds.
8. Strain
Into the rinsed glass.
9. Express Orange
Optional twist.
