No cocktail shaker? A jam jar with a tight lid works.
No strainer? Hold the ice back with a spoon or small sieve.
No jigger? A tablespoon is 15 ml.
No fine strainer? A small tea sieve.
1. Chill
Chill a coupe with ice or in the freezer.
2. Add Tequila blanco (30 ml)
3. Add Yellow Chartreuse (15 ml)
4. Add Jägermeister (15 ml)
5. Add Simple syrup (7 ml)
6. Add Egg (1)
A whole egg.
7. Shake
Dry first without ice, then hard with ice.
8. Strain
Double strain into the chilled coupe.
9. Garnish with Nutmeg
Grate nutmeg over the top.
