No mixing glass? A pint glass or the shaker tin.
No bar spoon? Any long spoon or a chopstick.
No strainer? Hold the ice back with a spoon or small sieve.
No jigger? A tablespoon is 15 ml.
1. Add Gin (60 ml)
Into a mixing glass; Plymouth in the original.
2. Add Elderflower liqueur (15 ml)
3. Add Orange bitters (2 dashes)
4. Stir
With ice until well chilled, about 30 seconds.
5. Strain
Over one large ice cube.
6. Express Grapefruit
Grapefruit twist over the top.
