No cocktail shaker? A jam jar with a tight lid works.
No strainer? Hold the ice back with a spoon or small sieve.
No jigger? A tablespoon is 15 ml.
2. Add Lemon juice (22 ml)
3. Add Simple syrup (22 ml)
4. Add Angostura bitters (2 dashes)
5. Shake
Hard with ice, about 12 seconds.
6. Strain
Into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
7. Garnish with Lemon
