No bar spoon? Any long spoon or a chopstick.
No strainer? Hold the ice back with a spoon or small sieve.
2. Add Gin (45 ml)
Into a mixing glass.
3. Add Sweet vermouth (45 ml)
4. Stir
Briefly, about 15 seconds; it is traditionally served only lightly chilled.
5. Strain
Into the chilled coupe.
6. Garnish with Cocktail cherry
