Tap a tool to mark it as yours.
No cocktail shaker? A jam jar with a tight lid works.
No strainer? Hold the ice back with a spoon or small sieve.
No jigger? A tablespoon is 15 ml.
1. Chill
Chill a small highball in the freezer.
3. Add Lemon juice (30 ml)
4. Add Simple syrup (22 ml)
5. Add Egg (1)
The yolk only.
6. Shake
Dry, without ice, to whip the egg.
7. Shake
Again with ice until very cold.
8. Strain
Into the chilled glass, no ice.
