1. Chill
Chill a coupe with ice water.
3. Add Pineapple juice (30 ml)
4. Add Lime juice (15 ml)
5. Add Apricot brandy (15 ml)
6. Add Simple syrup (7 ml)
7. Shake
Hard with ice, about 12 seconds.
8. Strain
Into the chilled coupe.
