Pineapple optional
1 wedge
Tap a tool to mark it as yours.
No muddler? The handle of a wooden spoon.
No jigger? A tablespoon is 15 ml.
3. Muddle
Crush the strawberries into the rum; pour into the glass.
4. Add Coconut rum (30 ml)
6. Add Pineapple juice (60 ml)
7. Add Cream of coconut (60 ml)
8. Blend
With a cup of ice until smooth.
9. Serve
Pour slowly over the strawberry so it rises up the sides.
10. Garnish with Pineapple
