Angostura bitters
3 dashes

No strainer? Hold the ice back with a spoon or small sieve.
No jigger? A tablespoon is 15 ml.
1. Build
Fill the glass with ice.
3. Add Lime juice (22 ml)
5. Add Angostura bitters (3 dashes)
6. Shake
Hard with ice, about 12 seconds.
7. Strain
Into the glass over fresh ice.
