No strainer? Hold the ice back with a spoon or small sieve.
No jigger? A tablespoon is 15 ml.
1. Chill
Chill a coupe with ice or in the freezer.
2. Add Overproof rum (22 ml)
Wray & Nephew in the original.
3. Add Green Chartreuse (22 ml)
4. Add Lime juice (22 ml)
6. Shake
Hard with ice, about 12 seconds.
7. Strain
Into the chilled coupe.
8. Garnish with Lime
A lime wheel.
