Into a mixing glass.
3. Add Sweet vermouth (22 ml)
4. Add Bénédictine (1 barspoon)
5. Add Angostura bitters (1 dash)
6. Stir
With plenty of ice, about 30 seconds.
7. Strain
Into the chilled coupe.
8. Express Lemon
Twist the peel over the drink, then drop it in.
