No bar spoon? Any long spoon or a chopstick.
No strainer? Hold the ice back with a spoon or small sieve.
1. Chill
Chill the rocks glass.
2. Add Tequila reposado (45 ml)
Into a mixing glass.
3. Add Sweet vermouth (15 ml)
4. Add Dry vermouth (15 ml)
6. Add Angostura bitters (1 dash)
7. Stir
With plenty of ice, about 30 seconds.
8. Strain
Over one large ice cube.
9. Express Lemon
Twist the peel over the drink, then drop it in.
