No strainer? Hold the ice back with a spoon or small sieve.
3. Add Triple sec (15 ml)
4. Add Passion fruit juice (90 ml)
5. Add Angostura bitters (1 dash)
6. Shake
Hard with ice, about 10 seconds.
7. Strain
Over crushed ice.
8. Add Overproof rum (15 ml)
Float it on top.
9. Garnish with Pineapple
