Whiskey Sour
Egg white optional

Angostura bitters optional
2 dashes

No cocktail shaker? A jam jar with a tight lid works.
No strainer? Hold the ice back with a spoon or small sieve.
No citrus press? Squeeze by hand or with a fork.
1. Add Bourbon (45 ml)
Into the shaker.
2. Add Lemon juice (30 ml)
3. Add Simple syrup (20 ml)
4. Add Egg white (1)
Optional, for the silky foam.
5. Shake
Dry shake without ice first if using egg white, then shake again with ice.
6. Strain
Over ice in a rocks glass.
7. Garnish with Angostura bitters
A few drops on the foam.
