Gentian liqueur (Suze)
22 ml

No bar spoon? Any long spoon or a chopstick.
No strainer? Hold the ice back with a spoon or small sieve.
No jigger? A tablespoon is 15 ml.
1. Add Gin (45 ml)
Into a mixing glass.
2. Add Lillet Blanc (30 ml)
3. Add Gentian liqueur (Suze) (22 ml)
4. Stir
With ice until well chilled, about 30 seconds.
5. Strain
Into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
6. Express Lemon
Lemon twist over the top.
