Widow's Kiss
Apple brandy (Calvados, applejack)
45 ml
Angostura bitters
2 dashes
Cocktail cherry optional
1 piece
Tap a tool to mark it as yours.
No mixing glass? A pint glass or the shaker tin.
No bar spoon? Any long spoon or a chopstick.
No strainer? Hold the ice back with a spoon or small sieve.
2. Add Apple brandy (Calvados, applejack) (45 ml)
Into a mixing glass.
3. Add Bénédictine (15 ml)
4. Add Yellow Chartreuse (15 ml)
5. Add Angostura bitters (2 dashes)
6. Stir
With plenty of ice, about 30 seconds.
7. Strain
Into the chilled coupe.
8. Garnish with Cocktail cherry
