1. Build
Fill the glass with ice.
2. Add Pisco (50 ml)
3. Add Lime juice (15 ml)
4. Top with Ginger ale
5. Add Angostura bitters (3 dashes)
On top, after the ginger ale.
6. Stir
Gently, just to combine.
7. Garnish with Lime
