Steps
1. Chill
Chill the glass.
2. Add Scotch whisky (30 ml)
3. Add Sweet vermouth (30 ml)
4. Add Angostura bitters (1 dash)
5. Add Simple syrup (¼ barspoon)
6. Shake
With ice, about 12 seconds.
7. Strain
Into the glass.
