1. Build
Fill a wine glass with ice.
2. Add Prosecco (90 ml)
Wine first so the liqueur mixes in.
3. Add Limoncello (60 ml)
4. Add Soda water (30 ml)
5. Stir
One gentle turn to keep the bubbles.
7. Garnish with Fresh mint
