Cinnamon syrup

Vanilla syrup

Allspice dram

Angostura bitters

Steps
1. Add Aged rum (60 ml)
2. Add Lime juice (15 ml)
3. Add Orange juice (15 ml)
4. Add Cinnamon syrup (7 ml)
5. Add Vanilla syrup (7 ml)
6. Add Allspice dram (7 ml)
7. Add Angostura bitters (1 dash)
8. Shake
With a scoop of crushed ice, briefly.
9. Serve
Pour everything, ice and all, into the glass; top up with crushed ice.
10. Garnish with Orange
A long spiral of peel.
