Steps
1. Add Sugar cube (1)
Drop it into the rocks glass.
2. Add Angostura bitters (2 dashes)
Soak the cube, add a splash of water.
3. Muddle
Crush the cube until it dissolves into a syrup.
4. Add Bourbon (60 ml)
5. Add
One large ice cube.
6. Stir
About 20 seconds, until the glass frosts.
7. Express Orange
Twist a strip of peel over the drink, then drop it in.
