Steps
1. Rim the glass with Sugar
Wet the rim and dip it in sugar.
2. Add Overproof rum (15 ml)
3. Add Triple sec (15 ml)
4. Note
Bars flame this to caramelise the rim. Only with care, away from anything flammable.
5. Add Coffee liqueur (45 ml)
6. Add Espresso (90 ml)
Hot coffee or espresso.
7. Top with Cream
Lightly whipped, floated on top.
8. Garnish with Nutmeg
A light grating.
