Steps
1. Build
Fill a rocks glass with ice.
2. Add Demerara syrup (1 barspoon)
3. Add Angostura bitters (2 dashes)
4. Add Dark rum (60 ml)
Add in stages, stirring as you go.
5. Stir
With ice until well chilled, about 30 seconds.
6. Add Apple juice (15 ml)
Cloudy apple juice, floated on top.
7. Express Lemon
Lemon twist over the top.
