Brandy

Steps
1. Add Espresso (150 ml)
Hot coffee or espresso, into the warmed cup.
2. Add Sugar cube (1)
On a teaspoon resting across the cup.
3. Add Brandy (15 ml)
Over the sugar cube in the spoon.
4. Note
Light the brandy with care and let it burn out, or skip the flame.
5. Stir
Tip the spoon into the coffee and stir until dissolved.
