Steps
1. Add Sugar cube (1)
Into the glass.
2. Add Angostura bitters (3 dashes)
3. Add Orange (1 slice)
4. Muddle
Crush the sugar into the bitters and orange.
5. Build
Fill the glass with ice.
6. Add Brandy (60 ml)
7. Top with Lemon-lime soda
A splash. Soda water instead gives the drier version.
8. Stir
Gently, a couple of turns.
9. Garnish with Cocktail cherry
