Steps
1. Chill
Chill the flute.
2. Add Sugar cube (1)
Drop it in the flute.
3. Add Angostura bitters (2 dashes)
Onto the sugar cube.
4. Add Cognac (10 ml)
5. Top with Champagne
Slowly; the cube keeps the bubbles rising.
6. Express Orange
Optional zest.
7. Garnish with Cocktail cherry
