Angostura bitters
2 dashes

No mixing glass? A pint glass or the shaker tin.
No bar spoon? Any long spoon or a chopstick.
No strainer? Hold the ice back with a spoon or small sieve.
No jigger? A tablespoon is 15 ml.
1. Add Aged rum (60 ml)
Into a mixing glass.
2. Add Sweet vermouth (7 ml)
3. Add Honey syrup (7 ml)
4. Add Angostura bitters (2 dashes)
5. Stir
With ice until well chilled, about 30 seconds.
6. Strain
Over one large ice cube.
7. Express Orange
Orange twist over the top.
