Steps
1. Add Egg (1)
Separate it. Whisk the white stiff; beat the yolk with the sugar.
2. Add Sugar (2 barspoons)
3. Note
Fold the white into the yolk: that is the batter.
4. Add Aged rum (30 ml)
Into a warm mug with two spoons of batter.
5. Add Cognac (30 ml)
6. Top with Milk (120 ml)
Hot, not boiling, stirring as you pour.
7. Garnish with Nutmeg
Grated on top.
